I decided to take a few pictures of my sweet girl one afternoon. I attempted to get a few of her sleeping, but as soon as I set her on the blanket, her eyes became wide open and she is now awake for the remainder of the afternoon.
Now I see why newborn pictures are always scheduled for the first few days after the baby is born! 
I was excited to get some pictures of her with her eyes open though! It is also really difficult for a baby to make eye contact with the camera!
But keep snapping away, and you will get a few! I'm not going to overload this post with pictures, especially since I have a few surprise ones for Christmas cards (or birth announcements if I don't get those printed soon!)
