Day trip with my Babes

We decided to ignore the house for a day and enjoy the wonderful summer weather.  We took the dogs out to a place in Lynchburg called Percival's Island for the afternoon.  Linus loved it- he's such a swimmer!

 It really is a dirty river bank, but when you don't have access to the beach, you do what you can :)




Linus loves sticks, and loves to chase them into the water.  

Latte ran along the side of the water for a little bit, and then decided to sit with me.  She loves little outings like this too!

I think they enjoyed themselves! Michael and I sure did! :)
